Hong Kong Post will launch commemorative stamps and related philatelic products on May 8 with the theme of "150th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Fire Department" to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Fire Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.

The stamps include "building ladder car in 1950s", "first generation mobile command car" and "model of ambulance in service". The face value of the stamps varies from HK$2 to HK$5. The stamps show the development of fire fighting, communication and ambulance service vehicles in the Fire Department over the past 100 years.

This set of stamps combines AR (augmented reality) technology and scans the stamps with the mobile application program of "Hong Kong Post Stamp". It can see the three-dimensional model of the vehicle in the stamp. It can also rotate the vehicle by sliding its finger on the mobile screen and looking at the model from different angles.
